Energy, Forgiveness, and the Hat:Mastering What You Create

In this exploration of Toltec wisdom, the speaker uses the metaphor of "the hat" to represent infinite possibilities and explains that all reality is created by energy—what flows from us shapes our dreams and relationships. The core teaching: we become enslaved to suffering not by what happens to us, but by refusing to acknowledge our own emotional energy. True forgiveness means stopping the repetition of harmful patterns, not seeking external absolution. Mastery lies in controlling what energy we radiate, so we stop wounding those we love while claiming to love them.

What Does the Hat Represent in Toltec Tradition?

The hat on the table is not merely an accessory. In the Toltec worldview, it represents infinite ideas and infinite possibilities. This is why the speaker loves to wear it, especially when visiting sacred sites like Teotihuacan. As a child, the speaker began creating mythologies within dreams—not unusual, since human beings are constantly creating mythologies for themselves to digest ideas and find inspiration. The magician pulls a rabbit from a hat; the speaker realized that whatever can emerge from a hat reflects what can emerge from the mind. Any idea, any dream becomes possible when you externalize what is internal—when you "put things on the table." The moment you make the invisible visible, you begin to see clearly.

How Does Energy Create Everything?

Energy is the fundamental substance of creation. Energy flows, and it always finds a container—it contains itself into form. This principle became visceral when the speaker shared an experience with their brother Aaron: after losing balance and saying something harmful to loved ones, the realization came that an energy had been suppressed, buried beneath other focuses. When that repressed energy finally emerged, it was negative, unwanted—"ouch." But here lies the paradox: if you do not put that energy on the table, if you refuse to be honest about what is moving through you, how can you ever see it clearly? This is when pretense begins. This is when we start performing a version of ourselves rather than acknowledging the actual energy we carry.

What Is the Addiction of Suffering?

Suffering becomes addictive when energy—particularly emotional and energetic pain—is suppressed rather than released. The speaker describes it directly: when we attach to guilt and shame, when we keep energy locked inside rather than letting it flow, we become addicted to suffering. This is not a metaphorical addiction; it is the compulsive choice to hold onto pain. The antidote? Imagine pulling guilt and shame out of the hat—releasing what we have kept. But this requires awareness. When you are aware of what you are creating, you are already halfway to liberation.

The speaker references "la mesa"—the medicine bag, the table—as a sacred practice. What we place on the table reflects what is in our thoughts. This is why the practice matters: it makes visible what was hidden, and visibility precedes change.

Where Does the Concept of Right and Wrong Fail?

People often say, "You are perfect, everyone is perfect," yet simultaneously define what perfect looks like and then punish deviation from that standard. This is a setup for failure. There is no inherent right or wrong because everything in this world is created by the divine, by life itself. Everything is already perfect. What matters is not conforming to an external moral code but rather how you ride the horse—a metaphor for how you control and direct the energy that moves through you.

When energy is coupled with story—when you narrate your circumstances—the story amplifies whether that energy becomes destructive or generative. A person can radiate love-energy or hate-energy with the same action depending on the story and consciousness behind it. This is why mastery is not about being "good" in a transcendent sense; it is about being responsible for the energy you create and radiate.

Why Do People Become Wounded Snakes in the Name of Love?

The speaker offers a painful diagnosis: people wound those they love because they know those loved ones can be bullied, because the relationship permits such behavior. A person can know they are being cruel, can wake up and see themselves as the bully "in the name of love," yet some will cut off their own heads—pretend it never happened, deny their own cruelty to themselves. This is the sickness of suppressed energy. When negativity is the focus, when you are attached to grievance and wounding, you become the snake that bites everyone around you, including yourself.

The remedy is not to produce more guilt about this pattern. The remedy is to stop doing it. This distinction is crucial: awareness without judgment, followed by the decision to no longer repeat the action.

What Is the True Meaning of Forgiveness?

Forgiveness is commonly understood as absolution granted by the wronged party or by God. The speaker reframes it entirely. Forgiveness is the decision to stop repeating a harmful pattern. It is self-directed, not other-directed. When you hurt someone, you cannot change their pain—they may accept you or reject you, but that is not in your control. What you can control is your own repetition. True forgiveness, then, is the promise: "I will no longer do this. I will respect the hat, the infinite, and I will cease creating guilt and shame."

This is not about external clearing. We often ask for forgiveness from outside ourselves—from people, from God—but the real forgiveness is internal: the commitment to honor the infinite by no longer repeating what wounds. Without this internal forgiveness, without stopping the pattern, you become a slave to the cycle of asking for external forgiveness while continuing the same behavior.

How Does the Planet's Energy Keep Us Asleep?

There is a room of the planet, an energy of the planet, designed to make you blind, to prevent you from realizing, to push you into automatic reaction so you do not think. When you are not thinking—when you are running on autopilot—you do things you do not want to do, and then guilt and shame follow. This is how you become enslaved: not by external forces, but by your own refusal to wake up and see what energy you are creating.

Even mistakes are perfect, according to the speaker, because they reveal how the system works. Sometimes we run in automatic because life is busy, because the planetary energy is designed that way. The moment you become aware of this—the moment you realize you have been reacting instead of creating—you have the choice to stop.

What Is the Holy Grail?

The holy grail is not a cup outside you; it is you yourself. A cup is a container, and you are a container of energy—of the life force that you are. When you create energy, when you radiate emotion and intention, it fills the cup of your being and overflows into the world. This means you must be profoundly aware of what you are putting into that cup, because it will overflow and touch everything and everyone around you.

Service to the infinite, according to the speaker, cannot happen externally until it happens internally. You cannot be of service to life outside until you are in service to life within—until you are stewarding the energy-cup that you are with wisdom and care.

Why Is It Insane to Repeat What Harms You?

Insanity is the repetition of a pattern while knowing it will hurt you, while hoping it will somehow change. The speaker calls this the moment of recognizing that a dream did not work. If that dream—that relationship, that behavior, that story—did not work, why keep pulling it from the infinite and bringing it into form? Why keep repeating it? Once you recognize the dream failed, you can let it go without story, without judgment, simply releasing it.

The speaker references Paul McCartney's approach to divorce: "I don't talk about it. It's gone." This is not avoidance; it is the refusal to feed the narrative, to keep repeating the story of pain, which only embeds the pattern deeper. Instead, the invitation is to feel the love of your life—and life itself is the love of your life.

What Is Emotional Poison?

You are energy that walks in a contained body. Wherever you go, you are responsible for controlling your emotional poison—the negativity, the resentment, the suppressed rage that leaks out and wounds others. It is the emotional poison that causes damage when you hurt others. This is why the power of forgiveness is not about external reconciliation; it is about the walking—the conscious, moment-to-moment choice to move through the world without poisoning the space you inhabit.

Where to Go From Here

The practice begins with the table. Put on the table what you have been hiding: the suppressed energy, the story you keep telling, the pattern you keep repeating. Become aware of it without judgment. Then ask yourself: Is this the energy I want to give? Is this the fruit I want to offer? If not, forgive yourself—which means commit to no longer creating it. Stop asking the world for permission or absolution. Instead, honor the infinite by stewarding the energy that flows through you. You are a container. You are sacred. And everywhere you go, what you radiate matters.

[0:11] The hat is on the table.

[0:15] The hat represents the infinite ideas,

[0:17] infinite possibilities. That's why I

[0:20] love to wear it sometimes. But for me,

[0:23] in the Toltec tradition, we always have

[0:24] a hat, especially when we go to

[0:25] Teotihuacan. Ever since a child, I

[0:27] create a mythology in my own dream.

[0:30] Because that's what we're doing all the

[0:31] time anyways, aren't we? Just creating

[0:33] mythologies for our own self, too. You

[0:35] know, to digest the ideas, to get

[0:37] inspired. Well,

[0:40] like the magician. The magician gets a

[0:42] rabbit out of the hat. And then, when I

[0:45] was little, I said, "You know, I can

[0:47] imagine anything that can come out of

[0:48] the hat, because anything can come out

[0:50] of my mind, any idea to dream,

[0:53] especially when I put things on the

[0:54] table."

[0:56] When you put things out of your mind

[0:57] into the table, you begin to see.

[1:00] And everything is created by what?

[1:03] By energy.

[1:04] Energy creates everything. Energy just

[1:07] flows. The other day, me and my brother,

[1:09] Aaron, were talking about how energy

[1:11] just always finds a container. It always

[1:14] contains itself into something. So, the

[1:15] other day, you know, I lost a little

[1:18] balance. You know, I said something that

[1:20] I didn't want to mean to my loved ones.

[1:23] And I said, "Oh my god, I've been

[1:24] suppressing an energy, focusing on other

[1:27] energy, because I didn't put it on the

[1:29] table." And you know, and when that

[1:30] energy came out, negativity, uh it felt,

[1:33] you know, ouch, like that's not what I

[1:35] want to give. That's not the fruit that

[1:37] I want to give. But if I didn't put it

[1:38] on the table, and I'm not honest about

[1:40] it, how can I ever see? And that's when

[1:42] one begins to pretend. Pretend what?

[1:45] What we're not.

[1:46] What's perfect anyways? They say,

[1:49] "You're perfect, everyone's perfect."

[1:50] And then, they set you up for failure.

[1:53] What's perfect?

[1:55] They say that that is perfect, that this

[1:56] is not perfect. That you are perfect,

[1:58] but this is not the way that you should

[2:00] uh be acting. Well, guess what? There is

[2:02] no right or wrong, because everything is

[2:04] perfect in this world, because

[2:06] everything is created by the divine, by

[2:08] life itself. The important thing it is

[2:11] how you're going to ride the horse.

[2:14] What I mean by that is uh with this with

[2:16] respect for the horses, I'm using this

[2:18] as a mythology, as a metaphor

[2:20] of the energy needs to be right. That's

[2:22] why it's important for us to be aware of

[2:24] what energy we're creating. What energy

[2:27] is coming out of us when we put story to

[2:30] things, because when we put story with

[2:32] energy, you know, it can be negative

[2:34] energy, good energy, but it is going to

[2:36] come out of us. So, when is something

[2:39] stopping us in life, when feel like a

[2:41] suffering, when feel guilt and shame,

[2:44] it's because we're not letting that

[2:45] energy go. We're keeping it. We are

[2:47] attaching to that energy, and this is

[2:49] what the addiction of suffering it is

[2:51] for me. Could you imagine

[2:53] getting the addiction of suffering out

[2:55] of your hat?

[2:56] All the guilt and shame out of the hat.

[2:59] And with our awareness, this is what

[3:00] we're creating. That's why it's

[3:02] beautiful to put

[3:04] things in the table, and that's the

[3:06] medicine bag. When we open the medicine

[3:08] bag, we place it on the table. That's

[3:10] why we call it la mesa, the translation

[3:12] in Spanish, of course. But what we put

[3:14] inside of there is a reflection what is

[3:16] in our thoughts. So, I have to say

[3:19] honestly, you know,

[3:21] where there's love, there's negativity.

[3:23] The important things of a master of

[3:25] mastering love, mastering itself, is how

[3:27] to control your energy, what comes out

[3:29] of you. That's why I like to sing the

[3:31] song just love what you do, what you're

[3:33] saying, what comes out of you instead of

[3:35] hate, what you do, what you're saying,

[3:36] what comes out of you. Hear what I mean?

[3:38] If we just focus on negativity, you

[3:40] know, that's the thing that we do. We're

[3:42] going to be a wounded snake biting

[3:44] everybody that we love, and including

[3:46] ourself.

[3:47] And people bite everyone they love

[3:50] because they know

[3:52] that they

[3:53] can be bullied. And this is the thing

[3:55] that is very sad.

[3:58] When you wake up and notice that you're

[3:59] the bully in the name of love, some

[4:02] people will cut off their heads and not

[4:04] even show it, you know, pretend to

[4:06] themselves that they didn't do it, but

[4:07] you know,

[4:08] I am the important things. We have three

[4:11] cameras, so I'm doing my best. Um

[4:14] Um this is the important thing of we

[4:16] have in life.

[4:18] We have the thing to create the energy

[4:20] that comes from us.

[4:22] So, when we begin feeling

[4:25] what kind of dream we're living,

[4:27] everything begins to make sense.

[4:30] Because if we don't like the dream that

[4:31] we're living, we can just let it go.

[4:35] Without any story, without any judgment,

[4:37] just let it go. You know, one of the

[4:41] things that helped me a lot is the

[4:43] interview with Larry King and Paul

[4:45] McCartney. When Paul McCartney was

[4:46] getting out of his divorce of of the

[4:49] Believe II second marriage, or I don't

[4:51] know, but um when I was younger, I saw

[4:53] this interview

[4:55] and Larry King asked him, "How do you

[4:57] deal with your marriage? How how you

[4:59] cope with your divorce?" And he said, "I

[5:01] just don't talk about it. It's gone. I

[5:03] don't talk about it." And when I see

[5:05] that, I said, "Oh my god, I can't just

[5:07] imagine talking about it of my first

[5:09] divorce, you know, making everything

[5:10] complaining in my new partners. I do the

[5:12] same thing, complaining, complaining,

[5:13] complaining." But you know, the

[5:15] important thing it is to be realistic,

[5:18] to be responsible and honest of your own

[5:22] art, of the energy you control. If you

[5:25] don't like the way that you used to

[5:26] control the energy before, okay, you

[5:28] know,

[5:29] be aware of it and don't do it again.

[5:32] And that is what I call forgiveness.

[5:35] Forgiveness is when we forgive ourself

[5:38] for not putting more guilt and shame,

[5:40] you know, creating everything to the

[5:41] people that we will meet again. No, it's

[5:43] stopping at saying, "Okay, I will

[5:45] respect the hat. I will respect the

[5:47] infinite and I will no longer feel guilt

[5:50] and shame about it, but you know,

[5:52] everything is perfect. Even the mistakes

[5:54] that we have done, that are doing and

[5:56] that will do. Why? Because sometimes we

[5:59] run in automatic, we're busy in life,

[6:01] you know, life gets us because that's

[6:02] the room of the planet. The room of the

[6:04] planet energy it is to make you blind,

[6:06] to make you not realize, to make you

[6:08] react so you don't think. And when

[6:10] you're not thinking, you do things that

[6:11] you don't want to do that that make you

[6:13] have guilt and shame and there you

[6:14] become a slave.

[6:16] A slave to ask for forgiveness. But who

[6:19] are we asking for forgiveness to the

[6:20] outside? You know, if we hurt people in

[6:22] the outside, we cannot change their

[6:24] pain.

[6:26] You know, they can accept us if they

[6:28] want to or not.

[6:30] But to forgive ourselves

[6:32] is to not repeat this again.

[6:35] And that's when we begin

[6:37] honoring the infinite, the infinite of

[6:39] life. Because we're the space between

[6:42] everything that exists.

[6:43] Divine mother, the woman or the portal

[6:46] of the infinite. Without her, we cannot

[6:48] be born anything in life. So let's be

[6:50] grateful to divine mother and to the

[6:52] infinite because we are

[6:54] the angels that are service

[6:57] to life.

[6:58] And we cannot be of service to life

[7:00] outside until we're service to life

[7:01] within. This is what means for me the

[7:04] holy grail. The holy grail is not a cup

[7:07] outside of me because a cup, as you can

[7:10] see, is a container.

[7:11] So, I know that I'm a container.

[7:15] I'm a container of energy.

[7:17] My energy, the life force that I am.

[7:21] And when I create this energy, it gets

[7:24] put into the cup

[7:26] that I am.

[7:27] And it will begin to overflow.

[7:30] So, I have to be very aware and very

[7:33] wise

[7:34] what energy I'm putting out there. And

[7:37] insanity is something that is just

[7:40] insane. Why? Because we repeat things,

[7:44] You know, knowing that it's going to

[7:45] hurt us. We repeat it again thinking

[7:47] it's going to change. We begin hurting

[7:49] others. This is the moment that we

[7:51] realize that dream didn't work. So, if

[7:53] that dream dream didn't work, let not

[7:55] pull it out of that path anymore. Let's

[7:57] not bring it from the infinite. Let's

[7:59] begin

[8:01] feeling the love of our life.

[8:04] Because the love of our life is just

[8:06] life. Could you imagine

[8:08] being aware

[8:10] that you are that energy that just walks

[8:13] in this contained body. And everywhere

[8:15] you go, you just have to control your

[8:17] emotional poison.

[8:19] Because it's the emotional poison that

[8:21] hurts us when we hurt others. The power

[8:24] of forgiveness is just a walking. It's

[8:27] just an act of love. Why? Because if we

[8:30] didn't know, how can we, you know, judge

[8:33] ourself for things that we didn't know?

[8:34] Because people like to judge themself

[8:35] for things that they don't know. Because

[8:37] they're always looking where to place

[8:39] that energy to contain it. And they look

[8:42] for people. And when they're done with

[8:44] the people and the people and stop being

[8:46] bullied and they walk away, they say,

[8:47] "How dare they?" And they look for the

[8:48] next container. So, if you're someone

[8:51] who bullies people and looking for

[8:53] container container, it's time to wake

[8:54] up because the only one who's hurting is

[8:56] you. And if someone throwing energy at

[8:58] you, you don't have to debate them. You

[8:59] don't have to fight them. You just have

[9:01] to be you.

[9:02] That's what I love about the teaching of

[9:04] Jesus Christ.

[9:05] The story goes,

[9:07] "Your kingdom is not of your kingdom."

[9:10] When he's crucified, they say, "Save

[9:11] yourself. My kingdom is not of your

[9:13] kingdom.

[9:14] The kingdom is my own reality. Not the

[9:18] secondary character that's in your mind.

[9:20] Hear what I mean? We live in other

[9:22] people's mind as secondary characters,

[9:24] but that is not the real us. We don't

[9:26] need to be perfect to be the character

[9:28] for anybody else. We're just ourself.

[9:31] This is why I love the dream of Shiva

[9:32] Shakti. Why? Of the two spirit, why?

[9:36] Because it's two genders in union to

[9:38] create life. And all of that has inside

[9:42] of us. All that energy exists inside of

[9:45] us because we are that energy. We're

[9:48] just life, you know? Humanity separate

[9:50] us with words just to identify what's

[9:52] everything, but that is not the truth.

[9:54] The truth is what's in your heart. How

[9:56] kind can you be to life? How kind can

[9:58] you be to yourself? And you know, life

[10:00] is life is feeding itself. That's why

[10:02] it's about survival, but who really

[10:03] surviving? We're surviving the jungle of

[10:06] our mind because we begin to dance. And

[10:08] when everything is on the table, we

[10:11] begin that it's all about

[10:13] honesty,

[10:15] respect,

[10:16] and gratitude.

[10:19] Because that is the agreement of love

[10:21] that we're making with ourselves.

[10:24] Sometimes we think we're going to go

[10:26] right, we go left. It's okay. Sometimes,

[10:28] you know, we want to manifest something

[10:31] and when we're there, you really don't

[10:32] feel it in the heart that it will not be

[10:33] done. But when it is in done, sometimes,

[10:36] you know, people call it that we have

[10:38] writer's block. There's no writer's

[10:40] block. It's that there's no channel

[10:42] being open. And you cannot force a

[10:44] channel to be open. Could you imagine if

[10:46] your body's not ready to give birth to a

[10:47] baby? You're just going to force

[10:48] yourself to have a baby? No, it doesn't

[10:50] work that way. Because then we become

[10:52] obsessed to have a baby.

[10:54] You know what I mean? And it's not a

[10:56] It's just a metaphor for what I'm

[10:57] talking about.

[10:58] Everything comes naturally, you know?

[11:01] And I'm so inspired right now because

[11:03] I'm in the cave. I'm working on the new

[11:05] book that is related to the power

[11:08] animals. And you know what I love about

[11:10] this is that we all are it. We all are

[11:13] life. Everything that comes through us

[11:15] is just an open channel. So, when you

[11:17] get out of the way with the guilt,

[11:19] shame, and suffering, when you don't

[11:22] take that off your head anymore, off

[11:24] your mind anymore, you begin living a

[11:26] different dream. And all dreams come to

[11:28] an end. Even our life will come to an

[11:30] end. But before that day happens, let's

[11:32] make history in our own personal dream

[11:35] so we can

[11:37] romance our soul, romance our entire

[11:40] being, fill that container, that cup

[11:43] full of water, and just let it out

[11:46] wherever we go because it's all about

[11:48] respect, loyalty,

[11:51] and justice. Justice to whom? To ourself

[11:56] because we will not be

[11:59] bullied anymore by ourself because we

[12:01] are the love of our life. And people are

[12:05] going to treat us how we treat ourself.

[12:07] So,

[12:10] is today today?

[12:12] It's a day of transformation.

[12:15] I said I wasn't going to be on

[12:16] Instagram, but I didn't know how to

[12:18] manage technology.

[12:20] And here I am because I just have to get

[12:22] this energy out of me.

[12:24] And I'm grateful also to the followers

[12:26] in YouTube now instead of Facebook. We

[12:29] have a YouTube channel, too. You can You

[12:31] can see us when this is one of the other

[12:32] cameras that I was speaking about. And

[12:34] this is very beautiful.

[12:36] I have to say thank you to all the

[12:38] people

[12:39] that created this beautiful technology

[12:42] that we can just push a button and

[12:43] communicate from one way to the other.

[12:46] But, now I just want you to imagine one

[12:47] thing. This is something that we can see

[12:50] and push a buttons. But, now I'm going

[12:52] to talk about the power of prayer.

[12:54] When you have the power of prayer and

[12:55] good intentions for life,

[12:57] no one needs to hear you. It's something

[13:00] that's inside of you, this energy like a

[13:02] waterfall that's just going to come out

[13:04] of you and express itself through words.

[13:07] And listen to inspiration through eyes

[13:10] and hearing because this is what we make

[13:13] inside, art. Art from the heart is

[13:17] really the most beautiful thing that we

[13:19] can ever have in life.

[13:22] Uh, the YouTube channel is under my

[13:24] father, Don Miguel Ruiz, and you can

[13:27] find it. Just click it and you will find

[13:29] his channel. And I so thank you for

[13:31] everybody.

[13:32] You know what? I'm so grateful to life

[13:35] because right now as No no if you don't

[13:38] know some people know, but I left my

[13:40] home in San Diego. My beautiful garden

[13:43] now belongs to somebody else. It never

[13:45] belonged to me.

[13:46] It belonged to the hummingbirds. Now

[13:48] those hummingbirds are just flying away

[13:50] and said to me, "Hey,

[13:53] Jose,

[13:54] just say

[13:56] it's time

[13:58] for you to be like the hummingbird. Get

[14:00] all the

[14:01] inspiration that you got from here.

[14:03] We're never separated. It's all inside

[14:06] of you.

[14:07] Now it's time to fly. Fly where?

[14:10] Wherever the wind takes you, and the

[14:12] wind is inspiration.

[14:14] Follow the nectar, and the nectar will

[14:16] be the marking points where you will go

[14:18] traveling. So right now, I am back in

[14:22] Reno, close to my family. Later I will

[14:25] see and then I will continue my journey.

[14:29] And it's so beautiful. Life is so

[14:30] beautiful.

[14:32] And remember,

[14:34] if you don't judge yourself,

[14:36] nobody else can judge you, and the

[14:38] judgment no longer will exist in your

[14:40] mind because judgment is just a fake

[14:43] illusion, a fake dream where energy is

[14:45] being placed and evaporates because

[14:48] that's not the way to

[14:50] give energy to in life. When we wake up

[14:52] from this, it's like we realize that we

[14:54] were in a mirror all the time. If I

[14:56] judge my brothers, if I judge my

[14:58] sisters, if only judging myself because

[15:01] I was in pain and I didn't know what I

[15:04] was in pain for. That's why I repeat

[15:06] this table.

[15:07] It's the table of honesty. I invite you

[15:11] to be

[15:12] in your home where you have a table.

[15:15] And the table where you eat, where you

[15:17] share meals, where you feed the love of

[15:19] your life, also make it the table of

[15:22] honesty.

[15:24] Be responsible

[15:26] of your acts, where you place that

[15:28] energy. Be responsible of your art. And

[15:31] remember, there's no one to blame.

[15:33] Everybody's living their own dream. It's

[15:35] just that we're using them as colors to

[15:37] paint in our canvas.

[15:39] And I will not do this anymore

[15:41] because it doesn't feel good to me.

[15:44] You know, the dream of Judas betrayed

[15:46] Jesus.

[15:47] But, you know, it only betrayed itself

[15:49] because Jesus forgiven because it's not

[15:51] his dream.

[15:52] Guilt and shame made him hang from a

[15:54] rope because he couldn't bear the pain

[15:57] instead of just letting him go and learn

[15:58] the lesson.

[16:00] Like my big brother says, Junior, Miguel

[16:03] Cotto Junior says, "Sometimes we make

[16:05] permanent

[16:07] solutions for temporary problems." And I

[16:09] always have him in my heart. I also love

[16:12] my lion, my little brother Leo. He

[16:14] always takes care of me. And, you know,

[16:17] I will always be grateful to that. And

[16:19] no matter what history has put in my

[16:22] head, it's no longer real because we all

[16:25] have grown. And I know that we don't

[16:27] have to wait to be in conflict in life

[16:30] to love each other. We don't need to

[16:31] wait in the hospital. And what I'm

[16:33] talking about right now, I'm not talking

[16:34] about my siblings. I'm talking about all

[16:36] my siblings.

[16:38] Imagine people that you have

[16:40] fighting with, you know, over some

[16:42] little problem that is not matters. You

[16:44] know, it's time for forgiveness because

[16:46] one day they will not be here. And why

[16:48] beat yourself up when they're not here?

[16:50] You know, or why you hold someone

[16:51] personal because something they say.

[16:53] They didn't know what they were saying.

[16:55] People are wounded, you know?

[16:56] Before I go,

[16:58] I something that my father teach me is

[17:01] he said to me, "Jose,

[17:04] sometimes people

[17:06] they don't know what they say. They're

[17:07] so wounded and pain that just comes out

[17:09] of them. Don't take them personal

[17:11] because when you see someone like that,

[17:13] they're only asking for help."

[17:16] And when I see myself in the table,

[17:18] just putting everything that's in my

[17:20] mind on the table, realizing that, you

[17:21] know, I just know that I was wounded. I

[17:23] didn't even what I said. I was asking

[17:25] for help.

[17:26] And the one who can help me is myself to

[17:29] not repeat those things again. That's

[17:31] why I talk about insanity.

[17:34] Insanity

[17:35] is just a dream that didn't work that

[17:38] we're obsessed to continue. And now no

[17:41] longer want to be obsessed by dreams

[17:42] that didn't work. Today, you are my

[17:44] witness.

[17:45] I let them go.

[17:47] I'm the hummingbird now, and I will fly

[17:50] with you because you're also the

[17:52] hummingbirds. And the hummingbirds in

[17:54] the Aztec tradition

[17:57] are the messengers of the god.

[17:59] The ones who go through the smoke

[18:02] through the illusion of life

[18:05] and get what's

[18:06] precious for them, the delicious nectar,

[18:09] so they can inspire themselves, live

[18:11] their life, and how we live our life is

[18:13] how we will share the nectar.

[18:16] The dream of the hummingbirds.

[18:18] I put my hat back on because I'm ready

[18:21] to dream.

[18:23] Shiva Shakti

[18:24] to spirit

[18:26] Om Sai Ram

[18:28] Om Mithya, with all my love. Thank you

[18:31] for listening to me and giving of your

[18:33] time because time is the most precious

[18:35] thing in this planet. Time is the most

[18:39] precious thing in life because it make

[18:41] us aware that we are alive. And it's not

[18:43] about age, but the candles to burn.

[18:46] We will do our best and create a

[18:49] masterpiece of art.

[19:00] Thank you.

[19:17] Mhm.

Putting things on the table means externalizing what is internal—making visible the suppressed emotions, stories, and patterns you have been carrying. When you externalize what was hidden, you can see it clearly and begin to understand what energy you are actually creating.
True forgiveness is not about seeking absolution from others or waiting for external permission. It is the internal decision to stop repeating a harmful pattern. Forgiveness means committing to no longer create the same energy that wounded, so you honor the infinite by changing your behavior.
When you refuse to acknowledge and release emotional energy—guilt, shame, resentment—you become attached to it. This attachment is the addiction to suffering. The more you keep energy locked inside, the more it controls you and the more you feel compelled to repeat the patterns that caused it.
The hat represents infinite possibilities and ideas—what can be imagined and created. The cup (the holy grail) represents you as a container of energy. What you create mentally (the hat) overflows into the cup you are, affecting everything and everyone around you.
The planetary energy is designed to make you blind, to prevent realization, and to push you into automatic reaction so you do not think consciously. When you run on autopilot, you do things you do not want to do, which triggers guilt and shame and keeps you enslaved to unconscious patterns.
Repetition of a harmful pattern while knowing it will hurt is insanity because you are hoping something will change even though nothing has changed. The practice is to recognize when a dream did not work and let it go without story, rather than continuing to pull it from the infinite into manifestation.
Emotional poison is the suppressed negativity, resentment, and rage that you leak into the world. It wounds others not through your actions alone but through the energy you radiate. Controlling emotional poison means being aware of what you are transmitting and choosing to radiate something different.
